This document is written for Skaith’s current U.S. business service. It does not turn an audit result into legal advice or guarantee a supplier credit.
2. Prohibited content
- Malware, executable code, destructive payloads, or files intended to evade screening.
- Stolen, unlawfully obtained, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or unauthorized confidential material.
- Social Security numbers, card data, bank credentials, passwords, protected health information, biometrics, consumer credit reports, or other restricted data identified in the Terms.
- Content that violates privacy, employment, sanctions, export-control, intellectual-property, or other applicable law.
3. System misuse
- Do not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, or interfere with Skaith or another tenant.
- Do not bypass authentication, tenant boundaries, roles, limits, retention, screening, rate limits, or paid-feature controls.
- Do not scrape, bulk extract, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or use the service to train or build a competing product except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
- Do not share private forwarding or recovery aliases, automate unsupported traffic, or replay signed webhooks and requests.
4. Recovery and supplier communications
Do not send threats, harassment, spam, knowingly unsupported demands, false legal claims, or misleading representations of Skaith’s role. Confirm the recipient, source evidence, amount, and deadline before sending. Comply with supplier communication rules and applicable email and collection laws.
5. Reporting a concern
Report suspected abuse or a security issue to [email protected]. Do not publicly disclose customer data or exploit a suspected vulnerability. Good-faith security research that avoids privacy harm, data access, persistence, disruption, and extortion will be evaluated responsibly.
6. Enforcement
We may quarantine content, rate-limit activity, pause a workflow, suspend an account, preserve evidence, notify an affected customer or authority, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate or address a violation. We will consider context, severity, repetition, and risk and will give notice when reasonably possible and lawful.
